This is a beautiful piece of land right on the edge of the town of Didsbury with natural trees in the coulee and lots of privacy areas thru out the 5 acres. When you are on this land you would never know you are in town. The 25 yr old mobile (sold 'as is') is in need of much repair and it has an addition on it that also requires care. This property is priced for the land, not the home, although home is presently being lived in by seller. There is a big deck on the back facing the garden area and the well. The seller says the well produces 3.5 gal/min but there is no well report. There is a small barn in the out building with water, power and cement floor with 3 small stalls. The present zoning is Urban Reserve but the Development officer at the town says it likely could be rezoned to R4 meaning large lot residential.
